Reflection Unknown

Reflection Unknown, UpCycled - 2D Art
Reflection Unknown
Reflection Unknown is a recycled piece inspired by the myths and legends of the Fae, also known as the Shee. This piece was created with the use of bones found in the artist's fairy garden, which she used to help bring some of the folklore surrounding the Fae and bones to life.

The prose attached to this piece serves to provide an interactive experience through the use of imagination and black light effects. A person is asked to stand in front of the mirror to call upon the Fae and to imagine the possibility of reflections into their magical realm.

The portals of the Fae, both hidden and unknown. A blessing or a curse is the question at hand, while the balance of Light and Dark is an issue for them just as it is Man.

For some, the glow of their Spirit may be shown and have majestic appeal. And just like ourselves, there are two sides of the reel; the power to destroy, or the power to heal.

The mirror, with its reflection of what was and what is to be, can show a glimpse into the same external forces and free will that shape both of our perceived destinies.

Present yourself before this mirror to reveal the Light or Shadow reflected from the Sacred Tree.

Will they guide you, or lead you astray…the answer can only be found deep within the Faerie Realm.
